I work from my own dedicated treatment room in Paddock Wood, Kent.

Some of the conditions I treat are back and neck pain, sciatica, migraines and headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, whiplash, shin splints, hip pain, frozen shoulder and rotator cuff injuries, tennis/ golfers elbow, strained or sprained muscle injuries. Massage therapy can also have a positive impact on depression and anxiety disorders by calming the nervous system and bringing about a general feeling of wellbeing.

I create a bespoke treatment plan for each client based on their individual situation/needs to provide the most suitable and beneficial treatment to aid a speedy recovery.

I am passionate about my work and find it extremely rewarding seeing clients progress and overcome long term issues. In my spare time I love to practice yoga, gardening, walking, cooking and reading.

What is Massage Therapy?

Many activities can cause muscular tension and spasms which lead to a build up of knots in the muscle and subsequent pain; from daily computer use, driving, sports, emotional stress, physical work like carpentry, building or hoovering and picking up children.

Since the corona virus pandemic many people are also being asked to work from home. Often at make shift work stations which are not ergonomically correct and therefore many muscular skeletal problems are manifesting. Massage therapy can be extremely helpful in alleviating these problems.

Therapeutic massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, stress and to promote health and wellbeing.

Massage can stimulate and relax both the body and the mind. During a massage the skin, blood and lymphatic systems are stimulated, which boosts circulation, aids cellular renewal and removes toxic waste. As tense muscles relax, stiff joints loosen and nerves are soothed, an all over feeling of relaxation and well-being comes about.
